After the climbing and the amazing Via Ferrata we went back to Batumi to take Thor to his appointment in the second car garage. When we arrived with Thor on a towing car at the second garage, the guys there did not know that we would come although the first garage had made an appointment for us.

We got a real appointment for the next week but because we did not want to wait in the city, we went to Chakvistavi. A village on the Mtirala National Park.

We found a nice camp spot next to a river and did two hiking tours in what felt like a very tropical environment.

The first tour on Komoot.

The second tour on Komoot.

We did not want to wait for Thor’s car garage appointment in Batumi and so we drove with Rosinante to the climbing area of Sveri.

The climbing area there is one of the biggest and most beautiful in Georgia. Actually it’s one of our top three in Georgia.

The routes are very interesting and diverse and because Anni was in the area as well, she joined us and scouted the best camp spot for us.

We had a lot of fun and I continued to love the  climbing life.
